Huelva-Seville

Relevant information
Flamenco, tapas, sandy beaches, bullfighting and dancing through the night – most of the things you traditionally associate with Spain are originally from the South of the country and Seville and Huelva combine these to perfection. The ideal shortbreak destination.
Location
These are the two provinces in the west of Andalusia. Seville is the capital of the región with a multitude of interesting sights and attractions where as Huelva is a hidden gem on the Atlantic Coast
Description
As the capital of Andalusia , Seville is a dynamic lively city where you can really sense and observe the true character of the Andalusian people. Proud and passionate, the locals are full of energy especially during the internationally-famous April Fair and in the remarkable Holy Week processions at Easter. In contrast, Huelva has always had a more relaxed atmosphere with miles of golden beaches and a world- famous national park called Doñana. Additionally, Huelva has a very interesting history including the actual place where Columbus left to discover America ( you can walk around life-size replicas of the 3 ships ) , a stunning centre of pilgramage in El Rocio, plus a fascinating British Legacy reflected in the buildings and even the language. Its the ideal combination for a short introductory trip to the South of Spain, and if you like your food and wine you may not even want to return !
